Meet the Members of The Moulin Dudes!
Individual Bios: Jacqueline Fifi Brandy Bella
The Moulin Dudes are the brainchild of 'Jacqueline Daniels' and they were formed in September of 2010. Tired of seeing large crowds show up for cover bands all playing the same songs, and experiencing ever dwindling crowds for original music, 'Jacqueline' decided to shake things up a little bit. After recruiting her partner in crime 'Fifi Appletini' the band was soon completed with the addition of 'Brandy Alexander' on drums and 'Kitty Kamikaze' on bass. The four newly anointed ladies set to work on preparing a set of the most popular female fronted songs, played in their own unique style (and also that one song by Pink that they kinda butchered...).
November 2010 saw the band debut their own version of the cover band concept at The Riverside Warehouse, full costume and full on rock n roll pop songs. The show met with greater than expected success and the band were quickly invited back to do it all over again. Feb 2011 saw show number two and in July 2011 Independence Day was celebrated with The Moulin Dudes rocking the house. In October the band became The Moulin Dead for one night only, playing a packed Mojos party after appearing earlier in the day at the Shreveport Zombie walk. A Halloween show at Fattys marked the final show of Kitty Kamikaze, who left to pursue other endeavors (drugs and alcohol lol). Our good friend 'Bella Vedere' stepped up to fill the slot and debuted with the band for a Xmas show back at The Warehouse. An appearance at the Highland Parade was the last public outing for these four ladies. Next stop is the weirdest and wildest prom to ever hit the town of Shreveport-Bossier...
